Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Assistant Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources for Petroleum Affairs; Dr. Abdulaziz bin Abdullah Al-Khowaitr, Minister of State and Cabinet Member; Dr. Ghazi bin Abdulrahman Al-Gosaibi, Minister of Labor; Mohammed bin Ali Al-Fayz, Minister of Civil Service; Ali bin Ibrahim Al-Naimi, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources; and Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Minister of Finance.
