Roadside bomb blast kills 4 Tamil rebels

Sri Lankan soldiers triggered a roadside bomb in northern Sri Lanka, killing four Tamil Tiger rebels, the military said Wednesday.
Army troops set off the blast targeting a car carrying
Tamil Tiger rebels in the northern Mannar district Tuesday
evening, said military spokesman Brig. Udaya Nanayakkara.
He was quoted as saying by the Associated Press that the blast killed four rebels.
