The visiting delegation of Saudi Arabia's Shoura Council including members of Saudi-German Friendship Committee, headed by Abdullah bin Saeed Abu Malaha met here today with Chairman of Parliamentary Group in charge of Arab countries and member of Foreign Affairs Committee of German Parliament Joachim Horster. During the meeting, Joachim commended the visit recently paid to Germany by The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and its great effect on enhancing and deepening relations between the two friendly countries. On his part, Abu Malaha pointed out that the King's visit to a number of countries including Germany comes within the framework of the Kingdom's great efforts and interest to address various international issues and to develop bilateral relations. The delegation also met at German foreign ministry Commissioner for Near, Middle East and North Africa Policy Ambassador Andreas Michaelis and discussed ways of enhancing bilateral relations and the most important issues at regional and international arenas.
