Mathami said that the cabinet hoped that these visits will give a strong impetus to broader and closer political, economic, cultural, technological and civilized cooperation for the achievement of steady relations and development between the Kingdom and these countries for the interest of their peoples and the world. The cabinet expressed its appreciation for the warm welcome and generous hospitality accorded to the King and his accompanying delegation. Dr. Al-Mathami added that the cabinet was briefed on the talks, consultations and communications held over the previous days which dealt with the situations in the region and the world including among others the talks held between Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General and Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim bin Jabr Al Thani, Qatar's Premier and Foreign Minister.
