Kingdom Holding Company (KHC), registered a SR954 million net income in the nine months ended Sept. 30, 2007, which almost equaled the pro forma results in the full year ended Dec. 31, 2006, the company said in a statement yesterday. Based on the 6.3 billion shares outstanding for the entire period, earnings per share equaled SR15. Consolidated revenues totaled SR5.8 billion, according to the statement published today by Arab News. The financial statements were approved by the board of directors in a meeting on Oct. 30, 2007. The board was pleased with the consolidated results.
