Faisal bin Abdulaziz, the Governor of Makkah Region delivered the King's speech in which he expressed his pleasure to meet Muslim scholars, men of jurisprudence and experts in religious education. The King said, '' You meet in this country from which the message of Islam was launched. The Islamic nation is in the greatest need for concerted efforts between the leaders and Muslim scholars to solve problems of Muslims, to address the very issues of their lives and to consider the World changes and the resulting effects needed to be addressed. Islam is good for every time and place. It has absorbed through history changes in the lives of Muslims. The nation's Muslim scholars have done their best in dealing with these changes and finding solutions to them. They have benefited from the facility of this religion whose rules are based on moderation which created a unique balance between duties and rights in the Muslim society.
