Secretary General of the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Abdulrahman Al-Atiyyah has highlighted the significance of the current visit of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to Europe. In addition to Britain, the King will also visit Italy, Germany and Turkey. In a statement to The Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Al-ATIYYAH said the visit comes amid sensitive Arab and regional circumstances. He hoped that the visit will positively contribute to serving Arab and regional causes. He noted that the important topics discussed by the King in Britain will cement the relations between the GCC and the UK.
