Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Saudi Interior Minister termed as "successful," the meeting of the Interior Ministers of Iraq's neighboring countries, which concluded here Tuesday, and said it was marked by transparency. "The meeting was successful, marked with a clear vision and transparency and its communiqué spoke of important things. We did affirm the actual stand beside Iraq based on preservation of Iraq's unity, sovereignty, its Arab identity and Islamic ideology as well as reiterated the need for it to return back to its original status as it was a United Arab country and an effective member in the Arab World, Prince Naif said in a Press Conference before leaving Kuwait's International airport. Prince Naif said "This is the will and work of the Arab Countries' leadership as well as the will of Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and his honest Crown Prince who want Iraq to be with its people and to be restored as a sovereign state as it was earlier." "We have reviewed in this meeting security issues and collectively agreed to help Iraq and its Security apparatus as far as possible as we can and not to allow any anti-Iraq activity in our countries and I think this meeting was the best meeting we had ever held," Prince Naif added. --MORE
