Published in Saudi Press Agency on 23 - 10 - 2007

Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, said in an exclusive Interview with Kuwaiti Al-Rai Arabic Daily published here Tuesday that dealing with terrorism should not be restricted to only the security perspective but also to the intellectual level of the entire World, stressing that Saudi authorities are determined to combat terrorism in all its forms.
The Crown Prince termed the Saudi-Kuwaiti relations as "a model for what relations between brothers should be."
In response to a question pertaining to the Allegiance (Council's) Statute and the Judicial System, he said that the system of ruling in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is based as it is well-known on rules of the Islamic Sharia and the statute came to legalize this and to ensure that God willing, the ruling system will continue its adherence to these principles, which were followed ever since the establishment of this entity by the late King Abdulaziz as represented in Justice, Shoura (consultation) and Equality among citizens and to ensure their Rights.
Concerning the issuing of the executive arrangement of the Allegiance (Council's) statute, the Crown Prince noted the continuous attention of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz to upgrade and develop all Government establishments is not a new matter.
"No doubt, the issuing of the executive arrangement of the Allegiance (Council's) statute and the issuing of the two Judicial and grievances (Systems) together with the allocation of SR Seven billion for King Abdullah's project to develop the judicial system, are all evidences of the great keenness and honest determination of the King to go ahead with the development process and the completion of the State's Establishments and to preserve the stability and civilized accomplishments of the homeland.
