The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz received at his palace in Jeddah today President of Finland Tarja Halonen, currently on a several day state visit to the Kingdom. She was also received by Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, Prince Khalid Al-Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Makkah Region, Adel Faqih, Mayor of Jeddah Province and Sweden-based Saudi Charge d'Affaires who is non-resident Charge d'Affaires to Finland Miqbel bin Aiban Al-Siraihi. The guest was awarded official welcome, with the two countries anthems played and honor guard reviewed by the monarch and the president. Then President Halonen shook hands with Prince Mit'eb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs; Prince Saud Al-Faisal, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Prince Turki bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, President of Meteorology and Environment Protection; Prince Faisal bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Saud, Assistant Chief of General Intelligence; Prince General Mit'eb bin Abdullah bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Assistant of the National Guard for Military Affairs; Prince Mishaal bin Majed bin Abdulaziz, Governor of Jeddah Province; Prince Mansour bin Nasser bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the King; Prince Dr. Bandar bin Salman bin Mohammed Al Saud, Advisor to the King, ministers, and senior civil and military officials. Then the monarch shook hands with the President's accompanying delegation.
