The foreign ministers of France, Italy and Spain began their visit to Lebanon on Saturday by inspecting their country's troops involved in the United Nations Interfim Force in Southern Lebanon (UNIFIL), reported dpa. France's Bernard Kouchner, Massimo D'alema of Italy and Spain's Miguel Angel Moratinos arrived in Beirut at midnight Friday. They are slated to hold talks with Lebanese leaders later Saturday to try to end the political deadlock that has paralysed the country since November 2006.
