British Foreign Secretary David Miliband held here last night an annual reception party for Islamic ambassadors accredited to Britain and heads of British Islamic centers and associations on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr. The party was attended by Saudi Ambassador to the United Kingdom and Ireland Prince Mohammed bin Nawaf bin Abdulaziz and Muslim members of the Houses of Commons and Lords. In his speech, Secretary Miliband congratulated Muslims on the occasion of the blessed Eid Al-Fitr, noting that the challenges facing the world today are religious extremism, terrorism, climate changes and other issues.
