Emanating from keenness of The Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz on sensing the needs of citizens in all aspects of life and on providing all means of comfortable and honorable life for them, the Monarch issued his orders to relieve all deceased men and women from all their installments due to Saudi Real Estate Development Fund for residential purposes and to relieve all deceased from installments of the loans due to Saudi Credit Bank for social purposes, the Royal Court said in statement today. The Monarch also directed that such relief includes all future cases for those who adhere to pay back their due installments and loans before their death and directed to compensate the Fund and the Bank for all written-off loans which exceed SR 5 billion.
