Merkel to pay official visit to India at end of October

German Chancellor Angela Merkel is to pay an
official four-day visit to India at the end of October, DPA quoted the sources of the
chancellery as saying on Friday.
Merkel leaves Berlin on Monday October 29 and returns on Thursday
November 1.
Details on the trip would be released at a later date, the
chancellery said.
