Shoura Council Holds Session

Presided over by its Chairman Dr. Salih bin Abdullah bin Homaid, the Shoura Council congratulated in its 40th ordinary session here today the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz and Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General on the occasion of the Kingdom's 77th National Day.
The session was attended by Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Secretary General of the Supreme Commission for Tourism.
The Council's Assistant Secretary General Ahmed bin Abdulaziz Al-Yahya pointed out that the council discussed the performance of the Supreme Commission for Tourism.
He noted that Dr. bin Homaid commended the efforts exerted by Prince Naif bin Abdulaziz, the Minister of Interior and Chairman of Board of Directors of the Commission and Prince Sultan bin Salman bin Abdulaziz in the activation of national tourism.
On his part, Prince Sultan bin Salman expressed his appreciation of the council for supporting the commission through the issuance of various decisions that have enhanced tourist development in the Kingdom.
