Pak-Uzbek talks focus on defense cooperation

Uzbekistan Defense Minister Ruslan Mirzaev held talks with his Pakistani counterpart, Rao Sikandar Iqbal, and Defense Production Minister Habibullah Warriach on increasing defense cooperation on Thursday, officials said.
Mirzaev, heading a six member defense delegation that arrived in Islamabad on Wednesday on a three-day visit to Pakistan.
The delegation also held talks with senior Pakistan Defense Ministry officials.
During its stay in Pakistan, the Uzbek team will visit some key military installations.
