formation of the Health Services Council for three years, effective the date of issuance of this decision. The council will be chaired by the Minister of Health including the following members: 1- Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al-Rabee'a, representative of Health Services at the National Guard 2- Major General Dr. Kitabl bin Eid Al-Otaibi, representative of Health Services at the Ministry of Defense and Aviation 3- Dr. Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sihaimi, representative of Health Services at the Ministry of Interior 4- Dr. Mansour bin Nasser Al-Hawas, representative of the Ministry of Health 5- Dr. Gasem bin Othman Al-Qasbi, representative of King Faisal Specialist Hospital and Research Center 6- Dean Faculty of Dentistry at King Saud University 7- Dean Faculty of Dentistry at King Abdulaziz University 8- Dr. Rasheed bin Salih Al-Eid, representative of the Saudi Red Crescent Society 9- Secretary General of the Saudi Commission for Health Specializations, representing his organization 10- Secretary General of the Cooperative Health Insurance, representing his organization 11- Dr. Mohammed bin Ahmed Al-Kanhal, representative of the General Commission for Food and Drugs 12- Dr. Mohammed bin Salih Mutabbaqani, representative of the private health sector 13- Dr. Salih bin Mohammed Al-Ganbaz, representative of the private health sector. The Cabinet authorized the Minister of Health or his deputy to sign a draft memorandum of understanding for cooperation in the field of health between the Ministry of Health of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Public Health and Population of the Republic of Yemen and forward the final version for further authentication. The Cabinet approved the appointment of Abdullah bin Sulaiman bin Mohammed Al-Hamdan as Minister Plenipotentiary "A" at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; Mohammed bin Habab bin Salem Al-Nifai'e as Director General of the National Center for Financial and Economic Information at the Ministry of Finance; and Ahmed bin Ali bin Mohammed Al-Bilouchi as Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Education for Supervision of Guidance and Education at Girls Education Department.
