Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General has sent a cable of congratulations to President Girma Woldegiorgis of the Republic of Ethiopia on the occasion of the new Ethiopian millennium 2000.
