The Frankfurt Book Fair is to stay in Frankfurt despite a squeeze on space at the city-centre fairgrounds, the event's chief executive, Juergen Boos, said Thursday. His predecessor had suggested in 2003 shifting the fair to Munich and later lost his job. "We must remain in Frankfurt," Boos told reporters during a briefing on the October 10-14 show, the world's biggest book-industry marketplace for the past half-century.
