A suicide bomber blew himself up on a pickup truck carrying passengers in northwestern Pakistan on Tuesday, killing up to 13 people, officials said. The bomber boarded the truck as it traveled to a village near the city of Dera Ismail Khan. Interior Ministry spokesman Brig. Javed Iqbal Cheema said 12 people were killed, but Malik Khan Zaman, a member of the city's council, said 13 people died, including two policemen and a paramilitary soldier, according to a report of the Associated Press.
