UAE and Russia sign agreements

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Russia signed at Al Mushrif Palace here yesterday, a number of agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) in the fields of Crime prevention, air services, standardization and metrology, political consultations, space science for peaceful purposes, and banking.
The signing ceremony was attended by UAE President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al-Nahayan and Russian President Vladimir Putin, according to a report carried by the UAE news agency "WAM."
