Sniffer dogs have discovered a bomb-laden vehicle parked in an Ankara garage as police increased security measures in the country fearing attacks timed to Sept. 11, the governor of Ankara said. Gov. Kemal Onal said a large amount of explosives were stashed in the minibus, which had a fake license plate. Bomb disposal experts were trying to eliminate the threat but houses near the multi-storey covered garage were evacuated as a precaution, the Associated Press reported.
