The Third meeting for the representatives of Iraq's neighboring countries began here today in the presence of the representatives of the permanent members of the UN's security council and the other regional and international organizations. The participants of the meeting, who represent 22 countries and organizations, will review issues pertaining to energy, security and border problems in addition to other topics pertaining to the situation in Iraq. Speaking on the occasion, Iraqi foreign minister Hoshyar Zibari said the security of Iraq is a matter of concern for all countries of the region. In addition to Iraq's six neighboring countries, Bahrain, Egypt, the Arab League, OIC, the UN as well as the representatives of the major eight industrial countries are participating in the meeting.
