Iran's Ambassador to Sofia Habibollah Bi-Azar conferred on Saturday with Bulgarian Deputy Foreign Minister Feim Chausher on expansion of cultural ties between the two countries. At the meeting, the two sides inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on cultural, scientific, educational, athletic and tourism cooperation between the two sides. On his part, the Bulgarian deputy foreign minister underlined that his government is determined to broaden cultural cooperation between the two countries and called the MoU as a significant step towards bolstering bilateral cooperation. The Iranian ambassador called the move as a new chapter in expansion of friendly ties between the two countries, IRNA reported.
