Under Secretaries of Justice Ministries in the six-nation Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) will hold their 11th meeting tomorrow in Riyadh under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdullah Salih Al-Hudaithi, the Saudi Under Secretary for judicial affairs. Al-Hudaithi said the two-day meeting will discuss a number of issues contributing to the enhancement of the GCC joint work in the unification of a number of judicial systems. In a statement to the Saudi Press agency (SPA) he said that the meeting will also address other topics on its agenda including an in-depth review of the new amended version of the unified system of registration of real estates; the unified system for the execution of judicial rulings; the draft project of unified legal and judicial cooperation in criminal matters; the draft project of combating Information Technology related-crimes, the draft system of judicial power and the draft system of judicial inspection.
