German Federal Council President to visit Viet Nam

The President of the German Federal Council, Harald Ringstorff, will begin an official friendship visit to Viet Nam on September 3, according to VNA.
The President will be accompanied by Otto Ebnet, Minister of Transport, Building and Regional Development of the Federal State of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Stefan Rudolph, Secretary of State, Ministry of Economics, Labour and Tourism of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Thomas Freund, Secretary of State, representative of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, and other officials.
