The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received at his palace here today the Secretary General of the Muslim World League (MWL) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulmohsin Al-Turki, senior officials at the MWL and heads and representatives of the Islamic Organizations in the world participating in the 1st session of the Executive Council of the Supreme Coordination Commission for the Islamic Organizations which concluded its works today at the headquarters of MWL in Makkah. During the audience, Al-Turki thanked the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for the constructive efforts exerted by the Kingdom to serve Islam and Muslims. He also briefed the monarch on the subjects discussed at the session. The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques expressed his appreciation of all the participants in this session for the efforts they were exerting in the service of Islam and Muslims. The monarch pointed out the importance of their role to maintain the pure image of Islam, asserting that the terrorist acts made by some deviant groups attributed to Islam have nothing to do with Islam at all. The King stressed that Islam is a responsibility to be shouldered by its believers.
