With 25 more deaths reported from flood-hit areas in Bihar, the toll in the current spell of floods Tuesday mounted to 526 even as the overall situation showed signs of improvement with major rivers receding. State Disaster Management department officials said, 25 more people were reported to have died in flood-affected Khagaria (15), Samastipur (5), Katihar (3), Begusarai (1) and Nalanda (1) districts since Monday evening, the Press Trust of India reported.
