Economic ministers of ten member-countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) met for a conference in Manila on Friday to approve a program for setting up an economic bloc within the format of this regional association. The document contains 20 pages but details are not disclosed yet, according to a report of Itar-Tass. It is expected that an economic integration program will be adopted at ASEAN's summit in Singapore this November. According to some data, the economic association embracing Brunei, Vietnam, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Singapore, Thailand, and the Philippines will be created by 2015, when a system for free movement of goods and services is set up within ASEAN framework. --MORE
