SR 600 Million Real Estate Company approved

Hashim Abdullah Yamani, the Minister of Commerce and Industry approved here today the incorporation of the Riyadh-based "Al-Kafa'ah" Real Estate Company as a closed Shareholding company with a capital of SR 600 Million.
The company will help establish and develop housing, industrial and trading projects.
