Two Palestinians, one of them a 16-year-old boy, were killed in clashes with the Israeli army Friday evening near the West Bank city of Jenin, witnesses said according to dpa. The boy was caught in cross fire during the shooting when militants from the Islamic Jihad and President Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah party clashed with the Israeli troops entering territories west of Jenin. The second victim was a gunman affiliated with Fatah's al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades, the witnesses added. He was first wounded in the head and died hours later in the hospital.
