Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to President Alhaji Omar Bongo of the Republic of Gabon on the anniversary of his country's national day.
In his cable, Crown Prince Sultan wished the President permanent good health and happiness and his people steady progress and prosperity.
