The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz chaired on Monday the cabinet's weekly session at the Royal Court at Al-Hawiyyah Palace in Taif. At the outset of the meeting, the King briefed the cabinet on the talks, contacts and meetings which he held over the previous days with a number of heads of states and their envoys. The talks dealt with bilateral relations and issues of the region and the world. Upon the King's directives, Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General briefed the cabinet on his visits to Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, his meetings with President Mohammed Hosni Mubarak and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayid Al Nahayan, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince.
