Mubarak meets Abbas

The Egyptian President, Mohammed Hosni Mubarak held here today two sessions of wide-ranging talks with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas.
The First session was confined to the Two Presidents only, then they held an expanded meeting, which was attended by the official Palestinian delegation and Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Aboul Gheit.
The Palestinian President arrived in Alexandria Tuesday evening to brief the Egyptian President on the results of his talks with Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert ; US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and the outcome of his recent visit to Moscow.
