Monsoon rains kill 11 in India

Heavy monsoon rains collapsed roofs and brought down electricity cables, killing 11 people in northern India, police said Sunday.
Four members of a family died when the roof of their home collapsed early Sunday, said Surendra Srivastava, a
spokesman of the Uttar Pradesh state police.
