Crown Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Deputy Premier, Minister of Defense and Aviation and Inspector General, has sent a cable of congratulations to Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed on the anniversary of his country's Renaissance Day.
