The Arab League's Secretary General Amr Mousa received here today a call from U.S Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice revolving around the points stated in US President Bush's speech in which he called for a Middle East International Conference and ways of reviving the peace process. Amr Mouse, in a press statement, reiterated the necessity to launch negotiations between the concerned Arab countries and Israel to reach a fair and comprehensive peace according to the Arab Peace Initiative. He also reaffirmed the importance of negotiations to set a time-table which will apply the agreed international conventions.
