A heat wave has pushed temperatures to a record high in the southern Yemeni port city of Aden, killing at least seven people, dpa quoted a press report as saying . The victims were all elderly men who were admitted to hospitals in the city on Monday either already in coma or with symptoms of heat stroke. They all died later in the day, the al-Ayyam newspaper reported. Temperature reached a record high 43 degrees Celsius. It was the first time in decades that a heat wave had caused fatalities in Yemen.
