Hamas: Emergency Palestinian government is illegal

The Hamas group on Sunday said it considers the new emergency
Palestinian government illegal.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas swore the new
government into office Sunday, days after Hamas defeated
forces loyal to his Fatah movement and seized control of
the Gaza Strip.
«The Islamic Resistance Movement considers this
government illegitimate and illegal,» said Hamas spokesman Ismail Radwan. «We will not recognize it. We will not work with it.»
