THE HEALTH MINISTERS OF THE OIC'S MEMBER STATES WILL HOLD THEIR FIRST MEETING IN KUALA LUMPUR ON TUESDAY. THE MINISTERS ARE SCHEDULED TO DISCUSS MEANS FOR REDUCING MORTALITY AMONG THE UNDER-5 YEAR OLD CHILDREN DUE TO LACK OF VACCINATION AGAINST EPIDEMIC DISEASES LIKE POLIOMYELITIS. THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE 4-DAY CONFERENCE WILL ALSO REVIEW ISSUES PERTAINING TO MALARIA, BIRD FLU AND OTHER TOPICS INCLUDING ADDICTION TO DRUGS AND SMOKING.
