MINISTER OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY DR. HASHIM BIN ABDULLAH YAMANI HAS APPROVED LICENSING A NUMBER OF NEW COMPANIES.
THEY ARE AL-YAMAMAH COMPANY FOR INVESTMENT AND INSTALLMENTS AT A CAPITAL OF SR500 MILLION; CHEMICAL DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AT A CAPITAL OF SR12.5 MILLION; AMLAK INTERNATIONAL FOR REAL ESTATE FINANCING AND DEVELOPING AT A CAPITAL OF SR1000 MILLION; AND AL-KHOBER COMPANY FOR PROJECTS DEVELOPMENT AT A CAPITAL OF SR2 MILLION.
THE MINISTER ALSO LICENSED THE TRANSFER OF THE SAUDI COMPANY FOR MECHANICAL INDUSTRIES FROM A COMPANY OF LIMITED LIABILITY TO A STOCK COMPANY AT A CAPITAL OF SR75 MILLION.
