PRINCE SULTAN BIN SALMAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, THE SECRETARY GENERAL OF THE HIGHER TOURISM COMMISSION, AND OSAMA AL-DABBAS, THE JORDANIAN MINISTER OF TOURISM AND ANTIQUITIES, SIGNED HERE TODAY THE EXECUTIVE PROGRAM FOR COOPERATION BETWEEN SAUDI ARABIA AND JORDAN IN THE FIELD OF TOURISM AND ANTIQUITIES. PRINCE SULTAN BIN SALAM HOPED THAT THIS DEVELOPMENT WOULD BOOST THE SECTORS OF TOURISM AND ANTIQUITIES IN THE TWO COUNTRIES WHICH CONTAIN ATTRACTIVE ARCHEOLOGICAL LANDMARKS AND SITES. THIS AGREEMENT COMES IN LINE WITH THE ECONOMIC AGREEMENT CONCLUDED BY THE TWO COUNTRIES IN 1962, AND CONSTITUTES A RING IN THE CHAIN OF SAUDI-JORDANIAN COOPERATION IN THE ECONOMIC AND CULTURAL DOMAINS, HE SAID ADDING THAT IT EMBODIES THE KEENNESS OF THE SAUDI AND JORDANIAN LEADERSHIPS ON ENHANCING COOPERATION IN THE VARIOUS DOMAINS INCLUDING THE DOMAINS OF TOURISM AND ANTIQUITIES. --MORE
