Pakistan's members of Parliament invited to attend NATO Assembly

Pakistan's members of Parliament have been formally invited by the NATO Assembly to attend it for the first time in Pakistan's history, an official statement said.
Pakistan Senate (Upper House of Parliament) Chairman Mohammadmian Soomro would head the Pakistani delegation in NATO Assembly.
The session is being held on May 25-28 in Portugal and will be attended by all NATO members. In its invitation, the NATO requested that the opposition MPs should also accompany the delegation.
