Pakistan's President Pervez MUSHARRAF received here today the Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) Ekmeleddin Ihsanoglu and Syrian Foreign Minister Walid MUALEM participating in the 34th Session of the Islamic Conference of Foreign Ministers (ICFM), which ended yesterday, an official statement said. Musharraf in his separate meeting with Waleed MUALEM called for adopting positive understanding to resolve conflicts facing the Islamic World. In a seperate meeting, Ihsanoglu informed the Pakistani President on the activities and the programs of the OIC including enhancing Islamic Universities in the Muslim World.
