ON HIS PART, MINISTER OF WATER AND ELECTRICITY ENG ABDULLAH AL-HUSSEIN SAID THE KING WILL LAY THE FOUNDATION STONE FOR THE WATER PROJECT OF TABUK. MEANWHILE, MINISTER OF LABOR AND CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE GENERAL ORGANIZATION FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING DR GHAZI AL-QUSEIBI SAID THE KING WILL LAY THE FOUNDATION STONE FOR A NUMBER OF PROJECTS FOR THE GENERAL ORGANIZATION FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING AT A TOTAL COST OF SR 569 MILLION. THESE PROJECTS INCLUDE THREE VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTES IN TABUK AND THREE VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTES IN EACH OF DHIBA AND TAIMA. DR AL-QUSEIBI NOTED THAT FOLLOWING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE NEW PROJECTS, THE NUMBER OF THE POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES AND VOCATIONAL TRAINING INSTITUTES WILL JUMP TO 250 COLLEGES AND INSTITUTES, WHILE THE NUMBER OF THE TRAINEES WILL JUMP FROM 100,000 TO 450,000, AND THE NUMBER OF THE GRADUATES WILL INCREASE FROM 40,000 TO 180,000. --MORE
