A roadside bomb killed seven Thai soldiers Wednesday in the latest violence to hit the country's restive south, police said. The soldiers were on patrol in Narathiwat Province's Rangae district when a bomb exploded near their vehicle, Police Col. Manote Anandritkul said. The explosion killed them instantly, he was quoted as saying by the Associated Press.
