Iraq's Vice President Dick Cheney arrived in Baghdad early Wednesday on an unannounced visit, reporters traveling with the delegation told CNN. He is slated to meet with the top U.S. commander in Iraq, Gen. David Petraeus, and U.S. Ambassador to Iraq Ryan Crocker. Cheney also plans to visit with U.S. troops, a White House statement said. Also Wednesday, at least seven people were killed and 30 were wounded when a truck bomb exploded near an office of the Ministry of the Interior in Irbil in northern Iraq, according to a Kurdish Coalition spokesman.
