MEMBERS OF THE MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE FORMED BY THE FIRST CONFERENCE OF MINISTERS OF YOUTH AND SPORTS IN THE ISLAMIC STATES SENT TWO CABLES OF THANKS AND APPRECIATION TO THE CUSTODIAN OF THE TWO HOLY MOSQUES KING ABDULLAH BIN ABDULAZIZ AL SAUD AND CROWN PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, DEPUTY PRIMER, MINISTER OF DEFENSE AND AVIATION AND INSPECTOR GENERAL, AT THE CONCLUSION OF THEIR MEETINGS YESTERDAY IN JEDDAH UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF PRINCE NAWAF BIN FAISAL BIN FAHD BIN ABDULAZIZ, VICE RESIDENT OF YOUTH WELFARE AND CHAIRMAN OF THE MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE. IN THE CABLES, THEY EXPRESSED THANKS FOR SAUDI ARABIA'S PREPARATIONS FOR THIS MEETING AND FOR THE HOSPITALITY THEY RECEIVED. A SIMILAR CABLE OF THANKS WAS ALSO SENT TO PRINCE SULTAN BIN FAHD BIN ABDULAZIZ, GENERAL PRESIDENT OF YOUTH WELFARE AND PRESIDENT OF ISLAMIC SOLIDARITY SPORTS FEDERATION. PRINCE NAWAF BIN FAISAL EXPLAINED THAT THE MINISTERIAL COMMITTEE INCLUDES 14 ISLAMIC COUNTRIES. IN ADDITION TO SAUDI ARABIA, THEY ARE BAHRAIN, JORDAN, EGYPT, MOROCCO, IRAN, MALAYSIA, PAKISTAN, AZERBAIJAN, TURKEY, SENEGAL, NIGER, CAMEROON AND UGANDA. HE STATED THAT THE COMMITTEE CONCLUDED MEETINGS AND MADE SEVERAL DECISIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS IN THE INTEREST OF MUSLIM YOUTHS AND JOINT ISLAMIC YOUTH WORK ADDING THAT THE COMMITTEE ADOPTED THE MAIN WORK DOCUMENT PRESENTED BY SAUDI ARABIA AS AN ISLAMIC YOUTH DOCUMENT. -- SPA
