DR. Khalid Bin Mohammad Al-Anqari, the Minister of Higher Education, has signed SR 1.246 billion contracts for several universities' facilities, Al-Hayat Arabic language daily reported Friday. The contracts include the construction of the premises for Tabuk University at a cost of SR138.48 million; the premises for the University Colleges Complex in Ar'ar at a cost of SR133.1 million; Science College in Ar'ar at cost of SR129.5 Million; construction of the premises of Community college in Rafha at a cost of SR140.1 Million; College of Applied Medical sciences in Al-Kharj at a cost of SR114 Million; the community college in Al-Majma'ah at SR137.98 million; the Community College in Shaqra at SR145.5 Million; the College of Sciences in Al-Zulfi at SR133.1 Million and Al-Baha University at SR149.8 Million. The testing and Assessment Center building in Riyadh will be constructed at a cost of SR24.9 Million. -- More
