CROWN PRINCE SULTAN BIN ABDULAZIZ, DEPUTY PREMIER, MINISTER OF DEFENSE AND AVIATION AND INSPECTOR GENERAL, HAS SENT A CABLE OF CONDOLENCES TO RUSSIAN PRESIDENT VLADIMIR PUTIN ON THE PASSING AWAY OF FORMER RUSSIAN PRESIDENT BORIS YELTSIN.
